Ground floor has a spacious living area with under floor heating and wood burning fire. An open plan designer kitchen with large dining area which leads off to a sunny south facing garden with timber deck and hot tub. There is also a separate ski/bike room, WC on this level.

Basement of fun, with a computer games room, a cinema room with pool table, “chill out” areas should suit all moods and cater for most groups and ages. A laundry room has fitted washing machine and tumble dryer, there is also underground parking for two cars and surface parking for a further two.
